Sheet 01 of 04 — written for founders. The other three →
Founders — Open source technology that works today
Build a company on it. Every row has an MVP or a live example — further along than most startups begin, and all of it open source: take a row and run with it.

What exists
| The capability | What exists today | |
|---|---|---|
| 02 | Share files the host cannot read, with history and a write-only upload link. Powered by sgit, transfer protocol & browser vault | Live. CLI in beta; write-only intake built, never sold. |
| 03 | Manage and distribute sensitive data — healthcare is the worked example. Powered by Vaults on the same runtime | An MVP is built on it. |
| 04 | Deliver a security report as a vault: evidence per finding, retest scripts, views per audience. Powered by Report vault on the vault runtime | Designed 26 May. Deliverable shape built; demo specified. |
| 05 | Explain a specialist domain to a board at its own altitude. Powered by Boardroom, agent rooms & persona machinery | Original product existed. Agent rooms specified in March; persona generator built in August. |
| 06 | Briefings for your role, with the evidence behind every line. Powered by Role-aware briefings on semantic graphs | Live; commercial state not verified in the brief. |
| 07 | Know what your agents can actually do, and give each one a licence to operate. Powered by Risk product & free behaviour-policy library | Site v1.10, library and store live. No payment link. |
| 01 | Turn voice into a debrief — wherever the voice already is. Powered by Voice Debrief + WhatsApp, file & agent integrations | Live, earning, run with a partner under a signed profit share. |
Two ways to build a company on it
On your own. Instead of join and work on my thing — build your thing on top of what is already built. The code is permissive and the documents are CC BY.
With me, on one of three rungs:
- One · Direct hire. Cash per mini project. Lowest commitment, both ways.
- Two · Revenue share. Time-boxed, no entity. Voice Debrief runs this way: 90 days; a quarter on net receipts; an even split of what remains. Either party may continue or fork on exit.
- Three · A company. Shares and equity. Highest commitment, both ways.
Everything is open, so there is almost nothing to protect: the agreement collapses to the split, the term, and a short list of sensitive items.
