# Founders — Open source technology that works today

Build a company on it. Every row has an MVP or a live example — further along than most startups begin, and all of it open source: take a row and run with it.

This is working technology, not a pitch. It is all open source: take a row and run with it. **You do not need me to.**

## Two ways to build a company on it

**On your own.** Instead of *join and work on my thing* — build your thing on top of what is already built. The code is permissive and the documents are CC BY.

**With me, on one of three rungs:**

- **One · Direct hire.** Cash per mini project. Lowest commitment, both ways.
- **Two · Revenue share.** Time-boxed, no entity. Voice Debrief runs this way: 90 days; a quarter on net receipts; an even split of what remains. Either party may continue or fork on exit.
- **Three · A company.** Shares and equity. Highest commitment, both ways.

Everything is open, so there is almost nothing to protect: **the agreement collapses to the split, the term, and a short list of sensitive items.**
