SG Commercialisation

The commercial model itself, published rather than kept in a drive. Nine tools to productise, eight agentic roles, the pricing and partnership models, and the templates that run an engagement end to end. The register of live engagements is empty, and that is the honest state of it.

Open it yourself — the key is the whole credential.

What is in it

the thesis

One problem, nine times

The opening claim is sharper than most strategy documents manage: "the portfolio does not have nine problems, it has one problem nine times." Nearly every tool is missing the same three things, and none of them is the tool — purchase of tokens, a page to sell from, and users.

So the work is described as trimming a commercial workflow, not building a product, taken to market through partners on time-bound, budget-defined mini-projects metered as on-demand hours. The bar is stated as break-even; the durable prize is the shipping-and-billing capability the whole portfolio needs.

The overview: nine tools, eight agentic roles, four source briefs — and the shared gap named as one problem nine times.
the register

The most credible thing in it is a table with no rows

The engagement register has a Live engagements table containing a single row reading none yet, followed by an example row explicitly marked delete once real rows exist.

Every template underneath it is a placeholder — <ENG-00X>, <Partner>, <rate, or rev-share reference>. The hours-log template carries its own instruction: never put card/bank details or tokens here.

A commercial model published before it has any customers is easy to check later against what actually happened. That is the same wager the sibling sites make.

The vault browser: the model, the team, the engagement templates.

Notes

Audited before publishing. No email addresses, no rates, no partner names, no money figures other than $0. The eight "team" files are agent role definitions — Conductor, Ambassador, Alchemist, Commercial, Designer, Developer — not people.
